Our Key Differentiators
Client Engagement and Education:
Perfect Design Build provides customized, turnkey solutions tailored to our client’s needs. Customization is extremely important because every end use is unique and so is every client. Construction specifications depend on end use and more importantly on client budget. No matter how tight the client’s budget is, some basic design essentials cannot be compromised in interior build-out. Often times clients overlook these essential elements and tend to be cost conscious. Our engineers and project managers educate our clients on the need to pay attention to basic specifications that cannot be compromised. For example, a call center needs a high degree of noise abatement no matter. We educate the client on such unique needs, understand their budgetary constraints and evaluate options to accomplish the client’s goals within their set budget. Such client education sets us apart from the competition.
Engagement with Professionals:
As General Contractors our role begins upon the release of construction drawings. We bid on the scope specified in the construction drawings. But, in many cases clients do not know what to expect from architects and engineers. We help our clients set expectations from their architect. We will proactively engage with our clients’ architects and engineers and make sure they capture all the client’s needs. Architects and engineers do not always keep client’s budget in their design consideration. With extensive knowledge of market pricing, we will be able to evaluate if the architect’s design specifications fall within the client’s budget. Such proactive engagement with both parties across the table produces a design that is functional yet within budget.
Attention to Detail:
We understand how personal and emotional a workplace build quality is for our clients. Which is why we want them to feel good about doing business in a space that has been built to last. At Perfect DB, every project, big or small, is managed by a dedicated Project Manager (Superintendent). Our Project Managers are trained to listen to our clients, so we do not forget the details. We read and thoroughly understand the construction drawings and double-check the field measurements to ensure dimensional accuracy. With a dedicated in-house procurement team, we source high quality construction material from reputable vendors. Our sub-contractors and labor are paid competitively, so our Project Managers can afford to stay rigid and insist on best workmanship. Our adherence to quality execution is communicated loud and clear to all our subcontractors. Our Project Managers keep a close eye on the material used in production and workmanship. We have a laser focus on minimizing or avoiding mistakes. But we do not hesitate to rework and correct the mistakes, when required.
Vendor Relationships:
We are very proud of our strong vendor relationships. We have accounts with several wholesalers and supply houses that deal with name brand construction material. We pay all our suppliers on time, have never defaulted on our obligations. Our financial discipline and ability to honor our obligations help us negotiate most competitive terms with our suppliers. In these days of supply chain hurdles, strong vendor relationships are critical to timely and cost-effective procurement. We have a strong network of trusted subcontractors and skilled labor. We treat our subcontractors fairly and always pay them on time. With a consistent pipeline of projects, we keep our subcontractors and skilled labor busy, so they are available to us when we need them most. Our ability to quickly deploy skilled labor on our projects helps us complete projects on time.
