We are a Dallas, TX based, General Contracting company specializing in the construction of interior improvements for commercial spaces, both retail and offices. We are a sister company of Perfect General Contractors LLC (PGC). Over the past six years, as a division within PGC, we have transformed several new construction shell spaces into aesthetically appealing, and functional spaces. With several completed projects in our portfolio, our interior build-out construction team has gained extensive experience in building tenant improvements. To be able to serve our growing customer base with laser focus, and enhanced competence, PDB is created as a distinct and independent entity. We serve our customers all over the North Texas / DFW metroplex.
Unlike ground-up construction, tenant improvements or build-out construction is more sensitive to client’s needs. Build-out construction involves extensive design work and intense coordination among multiple engineering specialties and construction trades. Clients are always working with a shoestring budget and on very tight timelines. Short durations, tight budgets, and long chain of vendors and consultants make interior build-out construction a really challenging specialty. We at Perfect Design Build understand our clients’ sensitivities and are committed to providing an extraordinary client experience.

Mr.Srinivas (Sri) Chaluvadi founded Perfect Design Build to help our clients complete their construction projects on time and within budget, every time. Sri is an engineering and project management specialist with twenty five years’ experience in concept to commissioning of land development and urban infrastructure projects. His experience spans across virtually every conceivable category of development and infrastructure projects.
Sri’s project experience included large format residential developments; multi-family housing projects; urban infrastructure projects such as water treatment plant, sewage treatment plants, roads and highways, waste management facilities; special use buildings such as hospitals, education center, and manufacturing facilities.
Sri engaged with several real estate and construction companies at the C-level. He is a University of Oklahoma graduate with a MS in civil engineering. Sri specialized in environmental engineering. Sri also holds an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. Sri’s knowledge in engineering and finance helped him to skillfully deliver projects that performed financially.
